I have been here for almost 5 years now. And it is a great place to stay. Anytime we have aMaintenance request. It is always fixed fast. Thank you Andy for fixing are cabbage disposal today. Best maintenance grew we can ask for here

Wade fixed a piece of wood on my balcony within just two days of putting in the work order. He was very respectful and made sure to work around the hours that worked best for my family, since my spouse works from home and we wanted to keep the noise to a minimum. Really appreciated his professionalism and quick turnaround!

Cool place to live the staff is friendly. Maintenance is on top of anything that comes up if I return to the area I would l live here again overall I had no issues.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and can safely say this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in, for a number of reasons. The staff at the front office has never failed to help me out in quick fashion. I feel very safe living here, and all the neighbors are incredibly friendly. Looking for an affordable apartment with great staff who cares? Look no further. Searching for a safe place to live straight out of college? It’s right here. I plan to resign as long as they let me! Big thank you to the front staff for making my living experience here fantastic.

My bathtub wouldn't drain. I called put in a request for maintenance with in 10 minutes Andy was at my door. Twenty minutes later it was fixed. Thank you Andy
