Thank you Wade for making my apt feel safe again. After leaving an abusive relationship I had no bedroom door, or window screen. He came in and worked his magic really quickly. I feel safe again or as safe as I can feel. Sincerely thank you. ☺️

Lonnie Smith was beyond amazing. Everyone in the office made me feel welcomed. Lonnie made it felt like I was moving into my home instead of an apartment. Absolutely the best service ever, the grounds are beautiful and I feel like I truly found my home.

Wade was quick and polite while inside our apartment, we also appreciated the same day help and that he wore a mask bc we are cautious with our newborn!

Love Living here
Lonnie Smith is a new leasing agent and has been a great addition with Mrs.Audrey Jimenez and Angie. They treat everyone like family and are always here to assist with any questions or concerns. I enjoy coming in the office for coffee and a laugh!! The gems of Colorado Springs!!!

Audrey made the moving experience very easy for me. Whenever I have called the staff has been very attentive. Most of the apartment complexes in the area wouldn't even return calls, but the staff has all been extremely helpful
