Audrey made the moving experience very easy for me. Whenever I have called the staff has been very attentive. Most of the apartment complexes in the area wouldn't even return calls, but the staff has all been extremely helpful

I have lived in several different apartment complexes across Colorado Springs, and this is by far the best one I have lived in. The one bed one bath layout is spacious for the price, and although you share a hallway with an entire floor of other apartments, it’s typically pretty quiet and orderly. I love my balcony and the shared washer and dryers have never once failed me. Sometimes neighbors can be a bit messy in shared spaces, but I expect that when living in an apartment. I just resigned my lease for another year, and my rent wasn’t raised by a single cent. I understand everyone will have different experiences living here, but I urge anyone reading this to disregard any angry reviews left by struggling people. The ladies at the front desk and the maintenance staff work 6 days a week to ensure our needs are met. These apartments are made affordable for those of us living paycheck to paycheck, you will need to have patience for the people around you, just as they will need to have patience for you. That’s apartment living, if you expect any differently you will be disappointed no matter which complex you choose. The ladies running the front office have taken outstanding care of me, and the maintenance staff work harder than ANY place I’ve ever lived, including privately owned properties. I’ve only needed the maintenance team’s help a few times, but every single time they have either been here fixing my problem the same day I request help, or early the next morning. A neighbor and I were having issues with a tenant in our building stealing our packages. I caught them stealing from us on a security camera and within a week that tenant was evicted and moved out. I have truly never felt more safe and taken care of. If you walk into the front office with a question or problem, they will solve it as quickly as possible. As long as rent stays affordable, I will be more than happy to call this place home for as long as I can!

Audrey Jimenez is one of the best people I have ever come upon!! She helped my moving in experience so easy and flawless. I highly recommend this complex, they will go above and beyond for you and they are always willing to be flexible as long as you are truthful and respectful towards them as well.

I'm on my 4th year here and am GREATFUL for the 3 LOVELY LADIES in the office they are very kind and professional as well. Each of them are unique in their very own special way, making it feel like a family atmosphere in this complex. Back in the day there was a TV show called Charlie's Angels so I will refer to them as "MOUNTIAN ridge ANGELS who put together monthly events for us residents." The maintenence department does a wonderful job on the property and are polite as well, Mr Brown of Mr. FIX IT in maintenence also gave me his business card when I first moved in and has helped me over the years, such a helpful young man for us seniors.

I am so grateful to live at this complex! Audrey, Corrie, and Angie were and are so amazing during the very few times work was being done, while the water was out they constantly made sure we had water and even delivered water to me, they made sure I had water to drink and water to use the restroom they are truly fantastic they always go above and beyond to even fix the smallest things to make sure I'm satisfied with where I'm living. Some people take their kindness and attentiveness for granted and don't care for it and still complain but without them the complex wouldn't be as amazing as it is I'm very thankful to have these three lady's in the office.

Really great place, accommodated my girlfriend and daughter if you ever need help visit Audrey.

Corrie, Audrey, and Angie are the best leasing office managers I have ever met. They’re all so kind and helpful and thoughtful to the residents. I truthfully have been able to call this place a home and look forward to living here for more years. Thank you guys for everything you do, and always being there for your residents!
