The staff is really nice, maintenance always came and fixed stuff in a timely manner and were kind, I liked my neighbors, and I appreciate the time that I lived here. Loved the office ladies for sure though, always very helpful and got stuff done quick and easy.

I’m looking into these apartments almost 2 months ago and these are the best apartments I believe in Colorado Springs the hallway smell good they’re clean always picking up outside residents have animals and you don’t see no animals feces or nothing outside. Everything is very well. Taken care of the installation in this place must be very good. I don’t hear from neighbors upstairs, I am very pleased with my rental here

Been living at Mountain Ridge Apartments for 2 years now. The rent is affordable and the staff are very helpful. Shout out to Amanda for always answering my questions and taking care of problems for me!

Everyone's experience will be different, but mine was great. Have lived here for 2 years now and not only is it affordable, but it's also very comfortable. The staff have been and are always friendly. Any issue that may have arised was taken care of promptly. Being a veteran and coming from a place where everything took weeks to be taken care of, i think im justified in saying this has been an upgrade. 5 stars only because I can't give 6!:)
