Audrey helped me move in quickly she answered all my questions and even helped with my application. This community is very welcoming and all the ladies in the office Corrie, and Angie and Audrey are so much fun to be around. I stop by the office at least once a week to say hi and they are all so welcoming. All I can say is Home sweet Home!!

FROM THE TIME I Walk in the door Audrey JMENEZ WAS A WONDERFUL MOUNTIAN RIDGE EMPLOYEE INVITED ME IN AND STARTED MY MOVE IN PROGRESS!! She helped me every step of the way and was very welcoming the entire time!! Great personality!!The office ladies Corrie and Angie are all AMAZING PROFESSIONAL AND MADE ME FEEL AT HOME!!

Audrey is the most amazing helpful human I've ever come across. We were moving in from out of town so we hadn't seen the property or apartment before moving in and Audrey really helped in every step of the process and hooked it up with the best view! She really does go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home!! The property is beautiful, super clean and well taken care of! I highly suggest this complex, you won't regret it!!! The people that work here are amazing! So glad we chose this complex. (:

It's such a great place to live, Audrey has been so friendly & she bent over backwards to help us get moved in. We've only been here since 6/1 but it still feels more like home than anywhere else we've lived here in the Springs. I highly recommend Mountain Ridge Apts to anyone looking for a new home that wants a great experience.

The best experience I have ever had in my 10 years of renting a place… I was helped by Audrey and honestly no one has ever treated us like she did. Very friendly and flexible with scheduling a tour. As I parent, I’m looking for a place where my kids feel safe and welcome, she did that and more! Loved that when touring she was getting feedback from my son and answer questions he had, she had with that!! Now living at this complex for some time I want to say that is a friendly environment.. no homeless around and very clean and taken care of. PLUS WE HAVE FLEX!! Which comes in handy when rent is coming around and having a bit of difficult w rent. No bad things to say, and if you planning to come by, ask for Audrey. She won’t disappoint
