I have been here for almost a year and they have been great. I can't complain. Management has been great and maintenance has been great. It's quiet and my neighbors are pretty cool.

What a great place.
I immediately felt right at home here. The office staff Angie and Ashleigh were really great and welcoming. I was lucky enough to run into my neighbors when I was moving in, and they were great! We ended up having dinner together and our dogs played together! What a great experience! I never had such a great moving experience! Thank you!

Ashleigh and Angie were so helpful with getting me in. I have never known a leasing office to be so helpful. The unit I was leased is exactly as described. The apartment grounds are clean and the hallways are kept up also. Thank you all so much!!

I would recommend
I have lived here for four years now. I love my apartment. It's really quiet and any problem I've had, the office took care of quickly. My only complaint is my husband's car has been broken into twice but it wasn't done by people that live here. The grounds are very nice and well kept. The pool is big and nice. I do like the gym. I haven't tried the washer and dryers but brand new ones were just put into every building. The view is amazing. I watch the city fireworks from my balcony and the labor day lift off. It really is good community and management is working toward improvements every day.

I have a good friend who's lived here now for about 2 years and I have visited at different times of the day and a few times at night and not once have I heard gun shots or seen any of the residents carrying guns. I like it because it's clean outside and inside. I've never witnessed anyone or anything that needed to be reported to the office. I didn't give a 5 star rating because I don't live there. But I have not seen any of the issues some seem to be claiming..

Are fridge stop working. Put in Request to get fixed. Without hesitant they got over hear replaced with a new one. They was very professional and quick to help and make sure we didn't lose any food. So thank you for all the hard work, thank you to the for your speed and professional work. Been here for three years now and every time I need something done. It gets done fast with great outcomes
